GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE GO4RIDE d.o.o.
The general terms and conditions of the online store of GO4RIDE d.o.o are drawn up in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPT), the Obligations Code (OZ) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).
Please read carefully these general terms and conditions before using the online store.
The online store is operated by GO4RIDE D.O.O., Titova 49, 2000 MARIBOR, registration number 8645833000, tax number SI69398798, which is also a provider of e-commerce services.
The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user, as well as the business relationship between the provider and the buyer. The user is bound by the general terms and conditions in force at the time of submission of the online order or demand. By confirming the demand, the user is aware of the general terms and conditions of operation, the protection of personal data and legal notice.
The online store is open daily, 24 hours a day. For various technical reasons, business through an online store or even access to the store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to restrict or completely stop access to the site of the online store for a certain or indefinite period. The provider does not take responsibility for non-functioning of the store due to ignorance of use, any consequences of misuse of the online store, non-functioning of the service due to network failure, power outage or other technical disturbances that could temporarily, or for a long time, disrupt the use.
1. Registration, procedure and notification
Registration of the user is not required when obtaining an offer. This means that you can obtain an offer without registration.
In order to offer products, it is obligatory to enter personal data – name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, so that later in the case of purchase, delivery with a carrier or personal collection can be made.
In the case of purchase by a legal entity, the company name is also mandatory.
Payment shall be made:
1. If the purchase value is less than EUR 200 after summary or on the basis of a pro-forma invoice
2. If the purchase value is greater than EUR 200 on the basis of the pro-forma invoice
Inquiry about an offer:
The inquiry about the product offer starts with the selection of the items offered by adding them to the basket with the “GET OFFER” button, whereby all further steps described do not oblige you to purchase, but only allow you to obtain an offer after the entry of all required information. GO4RIDE D.O.O. will send you the offer in an e-mail to make it easier to decide on the purchase of the desired product or vehicle.
One item is sufficient for placing an order for inquiry. After the selection is made and assuming you agree with the contents of the basket, proceed with the button “END NOW”.
The purchase process consists of three steps below:
1 — CUSTOMER DATA (buyer) which serves us to make calculations in case of delivery;
2 — DELIVERY – input of personal data and selection of delivery method;
3 — INVOICING – summary of the order;
4 - PAYMENT — choose the payment method (which, as already mentioned above, does not oblige you to purchase);
5 - CONFIRM ORDER and your inquiry will be forwarded to our email email@example.com for consideration. In a short time, you can expect an answer regarding the availability of the product for which you have sent the inquiry.
You can interrupt the inquiry process at any time by closing the browser window, unless you have already confirmed the order by pressing the "CONFIRM ORDER" button immediately after the order summary.
After completing the inquiry, you will receive more information by e-mail regarding the product you have been interested in or have inquired about.

All listed items and vehicles are not always in stock. The customer receives the stock information by e-mail after the completed submitted inquiry (which does not oblige the customer to purchase).
All prices are in EUR (Euro) and include 22 % value added tax (VAT).
Prices are valid at the time of submitting the inquiry and do not have a predetermined validity, except in the case of promotions, when the validity of the offer is specifically marked.
Despite tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will notify the buyer by e-mail and allow him to withdraw from the purchase.
The purchase agreement between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider receives a confirmed offer from the buyer, confirming that he agrees to the purchase. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. After placing the order, the user receives a notification by e-mail that the request is accepted or denied.
3. Payment method, payment confirmation and invoice
The method of payment of the ordered products shall be payment after summary or on the basis of the pro-forma invoice, in particular in the case of purchase of products in the amount higher than EUR 200,00.
The original invoice will be in physical form:
Attached to the certificate upon service of the ordered products.
On the invoice, the price, tax and all costs related to the purchase are itemized. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the invoice data before placing the order. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data on the invoice and notify the provider of any errors within 8 working days at the latest. Subsequently, objections to the correctness of the issued invoices shall be ignored by the provider.
4. Delivery and delivery costs
The buyer will be informed by e-mail about the cost of delivery of products ordered in the online store, since the price of delivery depends on the dimensions and weight of the product.
VAT is already included in that price.
Smaller shipments are delivered by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., therefore the delivery method is subject to the general conditions of Pošta Slovenije d.o.o.
Larger shipments are delivered by GOLD EXPRES and subcontractors — official carriers carrying major products (such as ATV vehicles, UTV, attachments, etc.).
If you believe that the supplier needs additional information to deliver the shipment, provide this information in the “Note” field in the delivery data.
5. Right to withdraw from the order
Before taking over the vehicle (in particular ATV, UTV and additional attachments in the amount higher than 200 EUR), we allow the customer to view and test the vehicle in front of our warehouse. The product order can be cancelled at that time due to its appearance not being like the one in the picture or the customer not receiving exactly what he ordered.
Upon product refund, exchange or complaint, do not forget to attach a photocopy of the invoice. Complaint is made via e-mail: email@example.com
The shipping cost of the returned goods shall be borne by the consignor. We do not accept ransom shipments.
Complaints of products damaged during transport shall be considered within seven (7) days of taking over the shipment. Subsequent complaints are not considered. In the event that there are noticeable signs of damage to the product at the time of pick-up, the buyer may refuse the shipment and request the post officer to draw up a complaint record concerning the damaged consignment. Only thus, we will be able to arrange a new product for the buyer as quickly as possible and consider the complaint.
6. Material defect
Material defects are very rare in practice. If you believe that the purchased products do not have the properties necessary for their normal use or traffic, and in other cases provided for by the Consumer Protection Act as a material defect, please inform us.
Please deliver the product to us for review. Please attach a form with a description of the material defect so that the process will run faster.
When sending a product to our address, please note that we do not receive ransom shipments. In cases where the reported defect is not disputed the request shall be met within eight days of receipt of the product for review. Otherwise, we will inform you in writing within eight days of the acquisition of the product that the error is controversial. Attention! In cases where the reported material defect on the product is controversial, the product will be returned to you after the completion of the procedure in the same condition as it was taken over. If you wish to enforce the warranty for the seamless operation of the product, you will be able to continue this procedure at the authorized service after you have picked up the product from us.
7. Product warranty
For products for which the warranty is valid only on the basis of proper maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, the buyer will receive all maintenance instructions upon the acquisition of the vehicle. This applies to all motor vehicles and certain power-driven connectors.
The provider shall use appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.
9. Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to protect all private data of the user in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Privacy and Cookies Policy. All personal data of the user of the online store is confidential and will not in any case be transmitted to unauthorized persons.
Purchase in our online store requires the collection of some of your personal data. We do not forward the information provided to us to third parties except for the purpose of confirming the validity of the purchase and delivery of products. The provider shall take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with ZVOP-1.
By purchasing in the online store, you explicitly agree that we store and use your personal data provided at the time of the order (first name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number) solely for the purpose of completing the order, and we may use your e-mail address for direct marketing of our same or similar products or services as you have bought in the online store.
The provider shall not be liable for the use of the GO4RIDE online store and for any damage caused by the use of the online content thereof. The provider shall make every effort to ensure that up-to-date and correct data is published on its webpages. Nevertheless, product properties, delivery time or price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the data on the websites. In such case, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered product.
Although the provider is struggling to provide accurate images of the offered products, all images must be taken as symbolic and thus do not provide product properties.
11. Legal notice
The online store is owned by GO4RIDE d.o.o., which also manages the online store. Contents published on the website are the property of GO4RIDE d.o.o. and its contracting partners and may be used for non-commercial purposes; nevertheless, they must maintain all aforementioned copyright warnings and may not be rewritten, reproduced or otherwise disseminated without approval of GO4RIDE d.o.o.
We do not assume responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of information published on this website or the temporary failure of the website and thus the online store.
Sometimes it happens that we cannot guarantee the full accuracy and reliability of all published data. We will take any warnings seriously and correct the information published immediately.
We reserve the right to daily change the contents, price errors and written text. By using the online store, the buyer confirms that he accepts the described terms conditions and agrees to them.
12. Complaints and disputes
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If no mutual agreement is thus reached, disputes shall be settled in the competent court in Maribor.
The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation, obligations and other regulations governing the provision of goods and services via the World Wide Web. The provider shall make every effort to fulfil its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and identify the person whom, in the event of problems, the buyer can contact by telephone or e-mail.

Within eight working days, the provider will confirm that he has received a complaint and inform the user of the duration of the complaint processing and keep him informed of the course of the process.
The provider is aware that the essential feature of the consumer dispute, at least with regard to judicial resolution, is its disproportionality between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in the settlement of the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the costumer not to bring a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider shall endeavour its best to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.
